Scents N Hides
At Scents N Hides, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product. To initiate a request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear proof, including an unboxing video and product images showing the issue.
Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or personal preference. Variations in scent performance are normal and not considered defects. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will also not be eligible for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the correct item. In cases where the product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. For any other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be transferred through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the order type.
